FAQs

The 1SBL131005R5101 is designed for DIN rail mounting on TH35‑15 or TH35‑7.5 rails. It accepts flexible conductors with ferrule 0.5–4 mm² or rigid conductors 0.5–6 mm² for main circuit connections, and 0.5–2.5 mm² for auxiliary wiring. Ensure proper seating and torque per terminal guidelines, and use the supplied space for secure, vibration‑resistant installation. This simplifies wiring, reduces termination time, and improves long‑term reliability in panel builds.
For AC‑3 operation, the device supports up to 7 A at 690 V (and 9 A at some lower voltages per rating table) with appropriate short‑time withstand capabilities, enabling motor control of small to mid‑size loads. For AC‑1, the rated operational current is 25 A at 690 V (60–70 °C). The product also offers AC‑3e ratings around 7–9 A depending on voltage, ensuring compatibility with a wide range of motor and blower applications in automation systems.
Yes. The coil control voltage is 400–415 V AC for 50 Hz and 480 V for 60 Hz, aligning with common European and North American control standards. This makes the contactor suitable for dual‑voltage control schemes in mixed frontier industrial environments, simplifying procurement and enabling consistent control circuits across diverse machines.
The AFC family meets IEC/EN 60947‑1 and IEC/EN 60947‑4‑1, along with UL 60947‑4‑1 and CSA C22.2 No. 60947‑4‑1. Additional declarations include CE, UKCA, BV, DNV‑GL, and RINA where applicable. These certifications support compliance in global projects, reduce certification time for new equipment, and facilitate cross‑border sales and maintenance across regulated markets.
Push‑in spring terminals provide reliable, low‑maintenance connections with resistance to terminal creep, while the compact 45 mm width enables dense panels and easier fault tracing. The 3P design with 1 NC auxiliary contact supports straightforward interlocks and status feedback, reducing downtime during maintenance and improving overall machine availability in high‑cycle processes like packaging, stamping, and material handling.
