Three‑pole NO main contacts plus one NO auxiliary contact enable efficient motor control and straightforward wiring, supporting AC‑3 loads up to 4 kW and reducing arcing wear in start‑stop cycles. This translates to longer drive life and lower maintenance in conveyors and pumps; ideal for compact drives. Coil voltages 50 Hz 380–400 V or 60 Hz 400–415 V provide global compatibility, simplifying retrofits and new builds across regions. Push‑in terminals streamline wiring, minimize torque concerns, and speed installation with reliable ferrule connections. The device’s DIN rail mounting (TH35‑15 or TH35‑7.5) and 45 mm width save panel space while keeping wiring tidy and serviceable. Standards compliance (IEC/EN 60947‑1, 60947‑4‑1; UL/CSA) and IP20 protection increase safety, reduce risk, and simplify compliance documentation. Built‑in accessory compatibility and modular design reduce spare parts inventories and enable future expansions without costly reworks. With a compact footprint and measurable switching performance, you’ll experience lower installation costs and faster time‑to‑value in automated lines.

FAQs
This block contactor mounts on standard DIN rails TH35‑15 or TH35‑7.5, enabling quick, secure installation in control panels. It uses Push‑in Spring Terminals for the main and auxiliary circuits, which simplifies wiring, reduces torque requirements, and supports flexible conductor and ferrule connections for reliable, vibration‑resistant operation.
The control circuit voltage is 50 Hz 380–400 V or 60 Hz 400–415 V, covering common regional supply standards. Coil consumption is 8 VA in holding, with pull‑in values of 70 VA at 50 Hz and 66 VA at 60 Hz, providing a balanced coil load that supports energy efficiency and predictable switching behavior.
Yes. For AC‑3, the device delivers up to 4 kW at 415 V or 380/400 V, with corresponding current ratings around 7–9 A depending on voltage. For AC‑1, rated operational current is 25 A at 690 V (60 °C), making it suitable for general use in motor starters and similar loads while maintaining safe operating margins.
The contactor carries CE and UKCA declarations, plus UL/CSA certification, with IP20 protection for terminals. It adheres to IEC/EN 60947‑1 and IEC/EN 60947‑4‑1 standards, ensuring compatibility with global electrical safety regimes and simplifying cross‑border procurement and design qualification.
With 3600 mechanical switching cycles per hour and low coil energy requirements, the device offers long life with reduced electrical wear. Its compact DIN‑rail footprint, push‑in wiring, and expandable accessory options shorten installation time and minimize spare‑parts stock, delivering a favorable total cost of ownership in automated lines and drive systems.
