Feature: Four NO main contacts in a 4P block contactor enables robust power switching for three-phase motors. Business Impact: Higher reliability and reduced component count translate to lower maintenance and faster commissioning in OEM lines. Application: Suitable for conveyors, pumps, and fans in manufacturing environments. The second feature is coil voltage versatility—380–400 V at 50 Hz or 400–415 V at 60 Hz—which minimizes control wiring and energy use. Business Impact: Lower energy consumption per cycle and improved control reliability. Application: Systems with variable mains frequency. A third feature is compact DIN rail mounting TH35-15 or TH35-7.5 with screw terminals, enabling quick installation and clean panel layouts. Business Impact: Faster startup, easier field upgrades, and scalable control schemes. Application: OEM panels and retrofit projects. Additional benefits include 0.8 W per pole coil loss under AC-1, 0.1 W per pole under AC-3, and IP20 protection, which reduces heat generation and improves safety in open control cabinets.

FAQs
This block contactor supports DIN rail mounting on TH35-15 and TH35-7.5 standards, providing a compact footprint for panel layouts. It can also be mounted with two diagonal M4 screws when required. The DIN rail option enables quick integration into standard control cabinets and OEM enclosures, reducing commissioning time and facilitating future upgrades.
Main circuit rated up to 690 V with 4 NO contacts, 25 A AC-1 at 40 °C and 22–25 A at higher temperatures, and 9 A AC-3 across applicable voltages. Control circuit coil voltages are 380–400 V at 50 Hz or 400–415 V at 60 Hz, with coil consumption around 8 V·A holding and 70 V·A (50 Hz)/66 V·A (60 Hz) pull-in, supporting energy-efficient operation.
Yes. With 4P NO contacts, 690 V insulation, and AC-1/AC-3 ratings, it is well-suited for motor control in conveyors, pumps, and similar drive applications. Its compact form, dependability in switching heavy loads, and compatibility with add-on auxiliary blocks support scalable control architectures in continuous-process environments.
The device carries IEC/EN 60947-1 and 60947-4-1 compliance, plus CE, UKCA, and UL/CSA certifications. These ensure safety, interoperability across regions, and conformance for industrial installations. Additional declarations cover REACH, RoHS, and related environmental considerations, making it suitable for global sourcing and regulated deployments.
The contactor offers low coil heat with 0.8 W per pole (AC-1) and 0.1 W per pole (AC-3), reducing ongoing energy costs and thermal stress. Mechanical life up to 3600 cycles and electrical switching up to 600 cycles per hour support longer service intervals and predictable maintenance. Its modular design and accessory compatibility help minimize downtime during upgrades or expansions.
