FAQs
This device supports DIN rail mounting on TH35-15 or TH35-7.5 rails and can be screwed to panels using 2 x M4 screws placed diagonally. The combination provides flexible installation in compact control cabinets and allows quick changes or upgrades to add-on contact blocks as needed for extended circuits.
The coil operates at 24 V AC with 50/60 Hz frequency. Coil consumption is approximately 8 V·A in holding, with pull-in values around 70 V·A at 50 Hz and 66 V·A at 60 Hz. These figures translate to efficient energization with minimal heat in the control cabinet and predictable energization in control circuits.
Yes. The device is a four-pole block contactor rated for main circuit voltages up to 690 V and up to 30 A in IEC AC-1, with compatible AC-3 ratings at various voltages. Its robust insulation, fast operate time, and compatibility with auxiliary blocks support reliable motor control and safe decoupling of loads in conveyor and pump applications.
The contactor complies with IEC/EN 60947-1 and 60947-4-1, UL 60947-1/60947-4-1, and CSA standards, with CE and RoHS declarations. This broad certification suite reduces conformity risk across global installations and simplifies procurement for multinational projects requiring regulatory alignment.
Expect up to 3600 mechanical switching cycles per hour and up to 600 electrical cycles per hour depending on load. Operate times range from 4 to 26 ms for contact changes, with robust IP20 protection and defined torque specs (control 1.2 N·m, main 1.5 N·m). Regular inspection of connections and coil integrity will maximize uptime and reliability.
