4-pole, 2 NO + 2 NC design enables reliable switching of multi-wire loads with a compact 4P footprint, reducing panel space and wiring complexity while maintaining clear control logic. This configuration improves system reliability and simplifies sequencing in motor control and power circuits, delivering a business impact of reduced downtime and faster commissioning for industrial automation applications. Coil voltages of 400...415 V at 50 Hz and 480 V at 60 Hz ensure compatibility with global control circuits, supporting faster integration in mixed-voltage plants and minimizing spare parts inventory. The result is smoother start/stop sequences and minimized nuisance trips in conveyors, pumps, and processing lines. DIN rail mounting TH35-15 or TH35-7.5 and screw terminals provide flexible installation, enabling quick retrofits and clean, vibration-resistant connections in panel assemblies. This translates to lower labor costs and greater device reliability in harsh environments. Built for AC-1 and AC-3 duties with rated main voltage up to 690 V, this contactor supports both general purpose and motor load switching, delivering predictable performance under varying temperatures and loads. The device’s energy awareness is enhanced by coil power values (holding 8 V·A at 50/60 Hz and pull-in 70/66 V·A), ensuring efficient control circuit operation and reduced heat in control cabinets. Its 1.2 W per pole loss in AC-1 and 0.35 W per pole in AC-3 contribute to cooler cabinets and longer life. With a max switching frequency of 600 cycles per hour (AC-1) and 3600 cycles per hour (mechanical), the unit supports high-demand cycling without compromising reliability. Compatibility with add-on auxiliary contact blocks and a broad accessory ecosystem enables tailored control configurations, extending the product’s usable life in evolving automation architectures. In short, this block contactor balances duty readiness, ease of installation, and regulatory compliance for industrial control in 24/7 environments.
