FAQs
Plan for a 45 mm width, 77 mm depth, and 86 mm height footprint with screw terminals. Use the main circuit torque of 1.5 N·m, auxiliary circuit torque 1.2 N·m, and ensure 24 V control voltage at 50/60 Hz. Consider ambient temperature ranges and ensure IP20 enclosure integrity in cabinet installations.
AC-3 rated current is 25 A at 415/380/400 V (60 °C). AC-1 rated current is 32 A at 690 V (60 °C, 70 °C). The contactor provides up to 11 kW AC-3 power at 415 V and supports 32 A under higher voltage ratings, suitable for motor starters and general-purpose control circuits.
Yes. The device carries CE and UKCA marks for European markets and UL/CSA listings for North America. It also aligns with multiple third-party certifications (BV, CB, CCC, UL) and supports global installation in compliant control panels and drives across industrial facilities.
The AFC contactors offer a wide range of add-on auxiliary contact blocks and AF platform accessories. This enables extended control options, simplified wiring, and easier integration with existing control architectures, while maintaining a compact form factor and reliable performance in motor control applications.
Benefits include lower heat dissipation (0.7 W per pole in AC-3), reduced panel space, and improved reliability from a 3-pole design with a single NC auxiliary contact. These factors contribute to lower cooling costs, fewer nuisance trips, and a shorter maintenance window, delivering a favorable total cost of ownership in automation lines.
