Feature → Business Impact → Application: The block contactor uses a four-pole configuration with two normally open and two normally closed main contacts, enabling comprehensive control of multi-line power circuits and reducing the need for additional devices in motor starter cabinets. This translates to a streamlined panel layout and lower installation costs in conveyors, pumps, and hoisting applications. Feature → Business Impact → Application: Main circuit rated for up to 690 V and high insulation standards ensure safe switching of high-voltage motors, improving protection against arc faults and enhancing system reliability in water treatment, packaging lines, and process control. Feature → Business Impact → Application: Screw terminals and DIN rail mounting (TH35-15 or TH35-7.5) deliver fast, secure wiring and straightforward retrofit or expansion in existing control panels, minimizing downtime during commissioning and maintenance. Feature → Business Impact → Application: Coil voltage options of 110 V AC at 50 Hz and 110–120 V at 60 Hz offer compatibility with common control circuits, reducing transformer needs and simplifying control logic for automation systems in material handling and assembly lines. Feature → Business Impact → Application: Coil consumption values (8 VA holding, 70 VA pull-in at 50 Hz; 66 VA pull-in at 60 Hz) and low power loss (1.6 W per pole at AC-1) translate into reduced energy waste and cooler operation, supporting energy-efficient plant design and long-term lifecycle costs. Feature → Business Impact → Application: Mechanical and electrical durability—operate time between coil energization and contact changes (roughly 7–26 ms) and a maximum mechanical switching frequency of 3600 h⁻¹—deliver fast, repeatable performance under demanding start/stop cycles in metalworking presses, blow-molding lines, and fans. Feature → Business Impact → Application: IP20 protection at coil and main terminals, plus tight connection standards and specified torque values (1.2 N·m control, 2.5 N·m main) ensure safe installation and reliable performance in challenging factory environments, including dusty or humid conditions within electrical cabinets. Feature → Business Impact → Application: Compliance with multiple global standards (IEC/EN 60947-1, 60947-4-1; UL 60947-1, 60947-4-1; CE/UKCA) and the availability of BV, CB, CQC, CCC declarations provide governance for procurement, reducing compliance risk in multinational projects across industries such as packaging, food & beverage, and water utilities.

FAQs
Yes. The unit is designed for DIN rail mounting on TH35-15 or TH35-7.5 rails and uses screw terminals for both main and control circuits. This simplifies integration into existing control panels and minimizes wiring complexity during installation or upgrades.
The contactor is rated for AC-1 up to 45 A at 690 V and reduces to 40–32 A as ambient temperatures rise. For AC-3, ratings vary by voltage, with typical values such as 23.2 A at 230–240 V and lower at higher voltages. This makes it suitable for starting and switching small to medium motors in automation lines.
Yes. With four poles (2 NO and 2 NC), 690 V main circuit rating, and coil options compatible with common control voltages, this contactor is well-suited for motor control in conveyors, pumps, and similar equipment in packaging, water treatment, and process lines.
The device complies with IEC/EN 60947-1 and 60947-4-1, UL 60947-1 and 60947-4-1, plus CE and UKCA declarations. Additional certificates may include BV, CB, CQC, CCC, and related declarations, supporting global procurement and installation.
Low coil power loss (1.6 W per pole at AC-1) and coil energy needs reduce running costs and heat in enclosures. Its fast operate times and high mechanical switching frequency improve process uptime, while robust standards and modular accessories (auxiliary blocks) enable scalable maintenance and upgrade paths with predictable ROI.
