FAQs
Install on TH35-15 or TH35-7.5 DIN rails, using 2 x M4 screws for screw mounting if desired. Main circuit wiring accepts flexible ferrules 1/2 x 1.5 to 16 mm² and rigid solid 1/2 x 1.5 to 4 mm². Control circuit uses 0.75 to 2.5 mm² ferrules or 1/2 x 1 to 2.5 mm² rigid/stranded wires. Tightening torques are 2.5 N·m (main) and 1.2 N·m (control).
AC-1 (690 V): 55 A at 40 °C, 45 A at 60 °C, 37 A at 70 °C. AC-3 (690 V): 22–23.2 A depending on supply (typical 22 A at 380–400 V and 23.2 A at 220–240 V). Rated power for AC-3 is up to 11 kW at 400–415 V, with lower values at higher voltages due to derating.
Yes. The device features UL/CSA listings (UL 60335-2-40 and related certifications) and CE/UKCA declarations, along with EN/IEC 60947-1 and 60947-4-1 compliance, enabling global deployment across medical, industrial, and commercial equipment with consistent safety standards.
Built-in surge protection, IP20 protection on coil and main terminals, and a compact block contactor design reduce space and exposure. The 24 VDC coil allows direct PLC control, minimizing interface hardware, while DIN-rail mounting and appropriate tightening torques ensure secure connections in vibration-prone facilities.
AF technology reduces coil consumption to 1.7 W hold power, lowering panel heat and standby energy. When combined with built-in surge protection and a compact footprint, maintenance intervals extend due to reduced arcing and wear, delivering measurable ROI in motor-driven lines and automated systems.
