FAQs

Yes. The 1SBL341501R5100 uses DIN rail mounting (TH35-15 or TH35-7.5) for quick, secure attachment in common control cabinets, and it supports add-on auxiliary contact blocks within the AF platform ecosystem. This enables scalable expansion without replacing the main device, reducing downtime during upgrades and simplifying spare parts management.
For AC-1 operation at 690 V, the rated operational current is 70 A at 40 °C, 60 A at 60 °C, and 50 A at 70 °C. For AC-3, ratings vary by voltage up to 690 V, with typical values such as 25–40 A depending on the exact voltage and ambient conditions. These figures support motor starting and general power switching in demanding industrial environments.
Yes. With 4 poles and 2 NO + 2 NC contacts, this contactor is well-suited for 3-phase motor control and other power switching tasks in packaging, material handling, and similar lines. Its 690 V insulation rating and 70 A AC-1 capability align with common motor starter configurations found in modern automation panels.
The device meets IEC/EN 60947-1 and IEC/EN 60947-4-1 standards, along with UL 60947-1 and UL 60947-4-1 equivalents. Additional declarations cover CE, UKCA, and other global regulatory requirements, helping ensure regulatory compliance across multinational installations.
Coil consumption includes a holding value around 20 V·A and pull-in values near 150–151 V·A, with power loss around 3 W per pole for AC-1 and 1 W per pole for AC-3. These metrics, combined with a robust mechanical life, reduce thermal stress and maintenance intervals, contributing to lower total cost of ownership in continuous-operation applications.
