FAQs

The 1SBL361001R8611 is designed for TH35-15 or TH35-7.5 DIN rails, with additional mounting possible via diagonal M4 or M6 screws. Ensure the coil terminals are connected to the correct control circuit voltage (400–415 V AC at 50 Hz or 415–440 V AC at 60 Hz) and tighten main and auxiliary terminations to the specified torques to guarantee reliable operation.
Key ratings include a 690 V rated main circuit, 3 poles with 1 NO and 1 NC auxiliary contact, and rated currents of up to 100 A AC-1 and 53 A AC-3 (depending on voltage and temperature). Coil consumption averages 20 V·A holding and 150–151 V·A pull-in values, with fast operate times in the range of 6–21 ms.
Yes, it is well-suited for AC-3 loads up to 53 A at high voltages (up to 690 V) and 22 kW at 400 V AC, making it a solid choice for motor control in conveyors, pumps, and other drive systems where reliable switching and short-circuit protection are required.
The AFC contactor adheres to IEC/EN 60947-1 and IEC/EN 60947-4-1, with UL 60947-4-1, CSA, and related DoC declarations. It also aligns with CE and UKCA markings, and is supported by UL/CSA listings for broader market acceptance.
Expect reduced panel complexity due to built-in auxiliary contacts, lower wiring labor, and longer service intervals thanks to low coil power loss and fast switching. The ability to extend with add-on auxiliary blocks also minimizes future retrofit costs while maintaining high reliability in demanding industrial environments.
