Three-pole main contacts rated to 690 V enable high-load AC-1 and AC-3 applications. This translates to reliable control of motors up to 37 kW at 690 V and 65 A AC-3, reducing panel size and wiring complexity in machine control panels. Ideal for AC control of compressors, conveyors, and pumps in industrial automation deployments. The 24 V AC control coil provides straightforward integration with standard control circuits, improving switching reliability and compatibility with existing PLC I/O. The block-type design supports easy expansion with add-on auxiliary contact blocks and a wide range of accessories, enabling future proofing and scalable automation. DIN rail mounting TH35-15 or TH35-7.5 simplifies cabinet assembly, while a compact footprint enhances serviceability and reduces installation time. Screw terminals on main and control circuits deliver robust field wiring and maintenance-friendly connections. Power loss is minimized (7 W per pole in AC-1, 2.7 W per pole in AC-3), improving energy efficiency in continuous-operation panels. The device is designed for straightforward installation with standard wiring practices, including flexible ferrule and insulated ferrule options for 1/2 x 4–35 mm² main conductors and 0.75–2.5 mm² control conductors, with clear wire stripping guidance and appropriate torque ratings.

FAQs
Ensure proper torque and clearances per panel standards; verify coil polarity and mains voltage compatibility; confirm accessory availability (auxiliary blocks) before final wiring.
For 380–400 V and 220–240 V variants, the AC-3 ratings adjust accordingly, ensuring proper selection based on supply voltage and service temperature.
Consider panel space, ambient temperature, and duty cycle to confirm exact suitability for your motor sizing and duty profile.
Certification alignment helps with supplier qualification, regulatory audits, and cross-border procurement strategies.
Additionally, DIN rail mounting and screw-terminal wiring streamline service swaps and panel-level retrofits, contributing to shorter downtime and faster maintenance.
