FAQs

Mount the unit on a TH35-15 or TH35-7.5 DIN rail using the standard rail clip. Connect the main and control circuits via screw terminals, ensuring adequate clearance for cooling. Tighten the main circuit terminals to 6 N·m and the control circuit terminals to 1.2 N·m, then snap the housing onto the rail for a secure, 3-pole installation.
Main circuit is rated up to 1000 V with an AC-1 current up to 125 A (at 690 V, 40 °C). AC-3 current is 80 A (at 415–690 V, 60 °C). Coil voltage options include 230–240 V AC at 50/60 Hz or 277 V AC at 60 Hz. This supports standard motor control applications with robust switching performance.
Yes. The AFC contactor platform uses a block-type design intended for easy extension with auxiliary contact blocks and a wide range of accessories. This modularity enables you to tailor control circuits to specific logic requirements without replacing the base device, reducing spares and downtime during upgrades.
The unit carries CE conformity and UL/CSA certifications with CB and UL certificates documented. It is tested to IEC/EN 60947-1 and 60947-4-1 standards, with RoHS/REACH compliance and WEEE labeling for B2B deployment. Manufacturer declaration and most relevant certificates are available for audit trails and regulatory compliance.
Maximum mechanical switching frequency is 3600 cycles per hour, and electrical switching frequency is up to 1200 cycles per hour depending on the load class (AC-1/AC-3). Coil power loss is managed with 20 VA holding and 236–260 VA pull-in values, contributing to dependable operation and reduced downtime when paired with proper servicing and diagnostics.
