FAQs
The device uses TH35-15 DIN rail mounting for quick installation in standard control cabinets. Main circuit connections accept flexible and rigid conductors up to 70 mm², while control circuit terminals accommodate 0.75 to 2.5 mm². When mounting, observe the 2 x M4 or 2 x M6 screw fitting for secure fixation and tighten main circuit terminals to 6 N·m (UL/CSA values apply).
For AC-1 operation at 690 V, Ie is 125 A (40 °C), 105 A (60 °C), and 90 A (70 °C). For AC-3, ranges vary with voltage, including 80 A at 415–690 V and 25–80 A across 380–1000 V variants, with specific values provided in the datasheet. These ratings allow safe motor and load switching within typical industrial applications.
Yes. With 4P main contacts, 24 V coil, and a 1000 V insulation rating, this block contactor is well-suited for motor control in conveyors, pumps, and drives. Its high mechanical life, proper thermal performance, and compatibility with auxiliary contact blocks make it a robust choice for evolving automation tasks.
The device complies with IEC/EN 60947-1 and 60947-4-1, UL 60947-1 and 60947-4-1, and CSA equivalents. Additional declarations cover CE, UKCA, and other international certifications, along with RoHS, REACH, and WEEE considerations for B2B deployments and regulatory compliance.
Expect low-maintenance operation due to solid-state coil behavior and reasonable power loss: 8 W per pole for AC-1 and 3.2 W per pole for AC-3, aiding thermal management in cabinets. The option to add auxiliary contacts reduces future replacement needs, while DIN-rail mounting and compact footprint shorten service time and total cost of ownership in sprawling automation networks.
