Front-mounted, single-pole NC auxiliary contact block extends control circuits with a dedicated signaling path from the main contactor, reducing wiring errors and enabling rapid replacement. The result is lower downtime and faster commissioning in panel assemblies and motor control centers. The screw-terminal design delivers secure, vibration-resistant connections, with a tightening torque of 1 N·m that maintains performance across industrial environments. Rated for 125 V auxiliary circuits with 50/60 Hz operation and 0.1 A AC-14 at 24/127 V, it provides reliable signaling while keeping current draw well within control-circuit limits. Compatibility with ABB AF09–AF96, AFC09–AFC38, NF/NL/NX families minimizes spare-parts and simplifies stocking. IP40 sealing on auxiliary terminals adds resilience in dusty or humid settings while RoHS/REACH compliance supports sustainable manufacturing. The compact footprint—9.8 mm wide, 32.5 mm deep, 46.8 mm tall and 0.02 kg—facilitates installation in crowded control cabinets, with readily available CAD drawings and datasheets to speed integration. In practice, the CE5 family’s proven reliability translates to predictable signaling, reduced maintenance, and improved uptime for critical automation lines.
