FAQs
The device is suitable for standard panel integration in 690 V systems operating at 50/60 Hz. It supports common conductor sizes and provides clear torque values for reliable electrical connections, ensuring safe installation in control panels and switchboards. If upgrading from a lower voltage contactor, verify new current ratings and adapt auxiliary blocks accordingly.
For 1SFL427002R4322, expect 50 Hz: 8 V·A holding and 130 V·A pull-in values, and for 60 Hz: similarly structured consumption. The coil is matched to typical 24 VAC or 230 VAC control environments in industrial plants, delivering dependable operation and predictable thermal behavior within panel assemblies.
With a robust mechanical life and compatible duty cycles, it’s appropriate for moderate to heavy motor control tasks where reliable switching is essential. Consider using auxiliary contacts to monitor open/close states and plan maintenance around expected wear life to maximize uptime.
If your project requires UKCA or UL verification, this model aligns with those standards, simplifying regulatory validation during audits and product approvals. Always confirm local regulatory requirements before installation in new sites.
For enhanced protection and monitoring, add-on relays, timing modules, and coil suppression devices can be integrated. This enables scalable motor protection schemes and improved diagnostic capability in automated lines.
