Extended Description

1SVR405618R5100 ABB: The CR-M048AC4LG pluggable interface relay is a miniature relay with gold-plated contacts, which is to be plugged into a suitable ABB CR-M socket. Plugged into a socket, the combination of relay and socket may be seemlessly snap-on mounted onto a DIN Rail. This relay operates with a 48 V AC rated control supply voltage and has a 4 c/o (SPDT) output with contacts rated at 250 V / 6A, enabling the possibility of switching multiple circuits with a single input signal. The relay has an integrated test button which is used for the manual actuation of the relay by locking it's output contacts. The test button facilitates easy testing and commissioning. The relay also has an integrated LED, which provides the visual indication of the energization of the relay coil. Furthermore, the gold-plated contacts ensure contact reliability particularly necessary in applications where small currents and loads are to be switched. Standard sockets, logic sockets, pluggable function modules, holders and markers are available as accessories. The CR-M socket-ready design enables quick plug-in replacement, minimizing downtime during maintenance and service calls, which translates to higher line availability in automated systems. The 48 V AC control coil aligns with common control architectures, reducing integration effort and wiring errors while delivering consistent actuator drive. Four SPDT outputs allow concurrent control of multiple circuits from one input signal, decreasing the need for additional relays and stabilizing control logic in tight panels. Gold-plated contacts enhance reliability in low-current switching, improving contact life and reducing intermittent faults in sensitive loads. An integrated LED and a manual test button streamline commissioning and diagnostics, cutting commissioning time and speeding fault isolation. Compliance with CE, UL/CSA, UKCA, and RoHS supports global deployments with fewer regulatory hurdles. The compact dimensions and flat-pin terminals simplify DIN rail mounting and cradle-based installation, saving space and enabling denser cabinet design. Overall, this relay reduces spare parts inventory and maintenance costs while delivering robust, compliant performance for industrial automation.
