2CCA389047R0001 ABB: Dynamic charging management controller for electric vehicle charging stations as load control and network control for charging parks with up to 30 charging points. From 30 charging stations, a software solution based on EisBär Scada 3.0 Architect/Enterprise is required. Integrated driver for charging stations from various manufacturers, for direct connection via the network. The optional maximum monitor intelligently monitors energy consumption to ensure optimum distribution of the available power and avoids expensive peak loads at the house connection. With EisBär's LNOT ™ (Local Network of Things), this solution works directly on site and guarantees maximum stability and secure local data exchange. Provision of any number of charging points with freely definable maximum power per charging point. Static current value at the feed-in of the charging park or consideration of the currently available energy by measuring the house connection and/or the PV system. All electric vehicles are charged with the maximum available power and make optimum use of the available total energy through phase-accurate distribution. The system can be set up redundantly with two controllers. The basic function must be adapted according to project-specific requirements. Software details - Dynamic control with continuous tracking through power measurement in the building, or static control through defined current value of the house connection - Prioritization of charging points with 4 priority levels - Speed option for maximum charging speed through redistribution of unused current - Precise phase control of the charging currents through precise control of the individual charging points - RFID card identification incl. prioritization - Logging of charging processes, with authentication and transferred energy quantity - The charging management data can be transferred directly to a hotel booking system via the built-in PMS interface. - Output of the charging currents of the individual charging points and the entire charging park - Possibility of power reduction through intervention by the energy supply company (hardware connection on site) - Remote maintenance option pre-installed, Internet connection on site Hardware details - Controller with pre-installed EisBär SCADA 3 Suite - The controller has 2 network connections for connection in the local network of the charging points and a second connection for the campus network. - The controller can optionally be equipped with WLAN 802.11ac and 4G/LTE. - Power is supplied via an external plug-in power supply unit (included) or optionally via PoE. - The controller has a Windows 10 Enterprise IoT operating system with a 64 GB SSD. - Mounting with top-hat rail adapter - The controller can be designed for increased thermal requirements.
