Option: Bed intercom in combination with a multifunctional patient handset for communication with nursing staff. Controlled by a superordinated room controller (IP) via the data bus (DBUS) or call input (I/O), such as a room terminal or a room electronic module. In data bus mode: connection of an ext. call unit to the call input (I/O). Handsets are monitored by the bed units according the specifications of VDE 0834 using an interactive data bus. The bed unit is equipped with 2 control outputs for managing up to 2 light sources. Additional firmware licenses required to deploy new device functionalities.
