2TAZ711141R5061 ABB: Relay-Dimming module is a device with a combination of RS485 port, 230VAC potential free contact relay outputs and dimming outputs channels. One of the 230VAC potential free contact relays is designed for emergency lighting circuits, when the module detects a loss of incoming 230VAC power, it will automatically switch over the output channel using the emergency power source to power up the emergency lighting. The balance of 230VAC potential free contact relay outputs are suitable for loads with high surge currents e.g. fluorescent/LED lighting (with precondition) and the dimming outputs channels are suitable for trailing edge or resistive type of dimming loads. The module is equipped with zero-crossing protection features to ensure the robustness of the module. The module comes with the manual operation buttons for checking or testing during the commissioning stage.
