Optional devices includes a local disconnect switch, control power transformer, as well as ACS880-01 options for fieldbus, in-put/output adapters, special software, etc. The extension box will save cost and simplify installation because it has the input fusing and local disconnect switch that are typically required as part of the installation. It can also provide 120V digital signal interface for stop/start motor control.
