Product description
The socket strips are available in various country-specific variants with different functional elements. Special attention has been devoted to practical, universal fastening: Variable attachment facilities have been created with an angle bracket which may be inserted in four positions. Hence, for example, the 482 mm long socket strips may optionally be mounted on 482.6mm (19") mounting angles, the 482.6 mm (19") mounting frame, on the enclosure frame, or in the rear section of the wall-mounted distributor. Socket strips with a length of more than 482 mm can only be fitted on the enclosure frame. The socket strip may be inserted into all sections with a 25 mm hole pattern, without the need for additional mounting accessories. This makes selection much easier, as well as providing additional flexibility and saving on warehousing. Provision has also been made for cable routing of the infeed, and when mounting in the 482.6 mm (19") section there is adequate space to route the infeed between the socket strip and the profile rail without kinks. The arrangement of the IEC 320 sockets at a 45° angle allows unrestricted use of angular connectors.

Product description
DK Socket strip, CEE 7/3 (type F), 12-way, 250 V, 16 A, LHD: 658,6x44x44 mm, Without switch
The socket strip includes twelve CEE 7/3 (type F) D sockets, enabling centralized power distribution and reducing the need for multiple adapters; this improves reliability and simplifies panel wiring. The aluminium section is natural anodised for durability and longevity in demanding environments, while the compact 658.6 mm length fits tight enclosure footprints and supports flexible mounting on enclosure frames or 19” rails. A 2 m H05VV-F3G1.5 supply cable provides ample reach for most cabinet layouts, decreasing the need for extra field wiring and accelerating installation. Four-position angle brackets with a 25 mm pitch pattern offer versatile mounting in both rear and front sections of cabinets, minimizing rework and enabling rapid upgrades or expansions. The 45° socket orientation facilitates easy access to angular connectors, improving serviceability and reducing maintenance time over the product lifecycle. Additionally, the included mounting brackets and assembly parts streamline onboarding and reduce total cost of ownership.

FAQs

Install using the four-position angle bracket with the 25 mm pitch pattern. The 482.6 mm (19 inch) mounting options and optional mounting frame allow mounting on the enclosure frame or rear wall distributor. The 658.6 mm length fits within common cabinet depths, and a 2 m H05VV-F3G1.5 feed cable simplifies wiring; route the infeed to maintain clearance and avoid kinks.
The DK 7240.310 provides 12 x CEE 7/3 (type F) sockets, rated for 250 V AC at up to 16 A. It is supplied with a 2 m H05VV-F3G1.5 cord and is designed for use in industrial enclosures with standard DIN mounting patterns, ensuring safe and compliant power distribution inside cabinets.
Yes. The product supports components with a 25 mm pitch pattern and is designed for flexible mounting in 482 mm (19”) sections, enclosure frames, or the appropriate rear mounting options. The 658.6 mm length and 4-position brackets further enhance compatibility with mixed layouts in panel and wall-mounted distributors.
The socket strip adheres to DIN 49 440-1, ensuring regulatory alignment for electrical distribution within enclosures. It uses CEE 7/3 type F sockets and is configured for 250 V AC, 16 A operation. While no CE or IP rating is listed in the data, DIN 49 440-1 compliance provides a recognized baseline for industrial power distribution components.
Plan cable routing to avoid sharp bends and ensure adequate clearance around the 2 m supply cord. Use the rear 19” or enclosure-frame mounting options to minimize clutter, and consider the recommended charging current reserve to prevent misactivation from starting spikes. The 45° socket orientation improves accessibility for angular connectors, reducing service time during maintenance and upgrades.
