Product description
VX Partial door, WH: 400x2000 mm sheet steel
The VX Partial Door provides left or right hinge orientation across VX enclosure variants, enabling precise, modular installations. This flexibility reduces downtime during upgrades and supports staged commissioning by allowing targeted access without exposing the entire cabinet. In practice, installers benefit from straightforward alignment with the 400 mm width and 2 m tall configuration, while service teams gain faster, safer maintenance windows. Built from 2 mm sheet steel with a textured paint finish in RAL 7035, the door offers robust durability in tough environments. Its IP54 protection guards against dust and splashes, lowering containment risk and maintenance frequency. These attributes translate into longer service intervals, predictable performance, and improved total cost of ownership for industrial control panels. Dimensions of 400x2000 mm match VX enclosures designed for taller, narrower configurations, supporting consistent aesthetics and airflow management. The package includes a partial door, cross member, hinges, lock components, and assembly parts, reducing supplier touchpoints. With straightforward mounting, projects stay on schedule, inventory remains streamlined, and field labor costs are minimized. Four locking points strengthen security and panel integrity, while four-point engagement ensures even compression and tamper resistance. Opening up to 130° provides ample clearance for inspections, wiring, and component swaps, especially in crowded control rooms. The design minimizes the need for temporary panels or extra hardware during routine maintenance. Compatibility with the monitor frame 2305.000 for doors without viewing panels adds configurability, and optional lock inserts (type A) enable tailored access control. The component set is designed for VX systems, supporting scalable enclosure infrastructure and consistent data across procurement platforms through ETIM EC000747 and ECLASS 27182204. Overall, the SV 9682.150 delivers a cost-efficient, reliable solution for modular enclosures, with predictable lead times, straightforward installation, and compatibility with standard Rittal accessories.
